Returns and Complaints

We care about your satisfaction with your purchases at BY GEOMADE. Below, you'll find our returns and complaints policy, which makes the process simple, transparent, and compliant with the law.


Right of withdrawal (return within 14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email to: bygeomade@bygeomade.com or by post to: Kotkowo 86, postal code 14-105. You may use our model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

Conditions:

  • The product must be complete, unused, in its original packaging.

  • The refund also includes shipping costs (up to the cheapest shipping option available).

  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your shipment.


Return procedure

  1. Please report your return request by email or via the contact form.

  2. We will provide you with instructions and an address for returning the goods.

  3. Pack the product carefully (preferably in its original packaging).

  4. Send the parcel to the following address: Kotkowo 86, postcode 14-105

  5. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.


Complaints

If the purchased product is defective, does not match the description or has been damaged during transport, you have the right to make a complaint.

The complaint should include:

  • name and surname,

  • order number,

  • description of the defect or damage,

  • preferred solution (repair, replacement, price reduction, refund),

  • photographic documentation (in case of transport damage).

Damage during transport

Please check the condition of the packaging and product in the presence of the courier. If any damage is visible, please complete a damage report and take photos. This will simplify and expedite the complaint process.


Processing time

  • We process complaints within 30 days of receiving them.

  • We process refunds within 14 days days from the positive consideration of the complaint or withdrawal from the contract.


Additional information

  • The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from its use in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the characteristics and functioning of the product (Article 34, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Rights Act).

  • Our returns and complaints policy is in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights and the Civil Code.
